Con Zucchero, or with sugar, originated as a modular typography project. Developing a custom typeface became one of my most cherished processes, with attention to detail and layout control.

I reimagined this design as a visual logo or a branding system to showcase the simplicity and versatility as type-as-image, or type being stand-alone design work. From the hyper-stylized and condensed nature of this typeface, I visualized this existing with muted tones, as well as an art-deco framed plate.
