Illustrative Design

Illustrative design has become an essential part of both my creative process and artistic identity, bridging the gap between fine art, analog experimentation, and digital design.

This approach allows me to blend hand-crafted texture, expressive mark-making, and visual storytelling with contemporary graphic design practices across branding, poster design, motion work, and other multidisciplinary projects.

By integrating illustration into my work, I aim to create pieces that feel more human, personal, and original. I aim to embrace character, color, and imperfection in contrast to the increasingly polished and automated nature of today’s digital landscape.

This intersection of art and design has become a defining element of how I communicate ideas and build visual experiences.

Gmitter Exhibition

I had the honor of being awarded as a finalist for the 2026 Annual Gmitter Exhibition at Bruce Gallery, being the most notable and relevant example of my illustrative design work.

I created and curated a display titled, Embracing Muchness, which became a collection of my recycled images, artwork, designs, and childhood scraps.
